Not open yet: preparing our first centres

Parents ask on WhatsApp. Your centre answers.

We're building Centrely for tuition centres in Malaysia: to answer parents' questions and take booking requests on WhatsApp, from what your centre sets out, and to pass anything else to your staff.

A preview of what we're building Coming later

Parents ask the same things every day: fees, timetables, trial classes and holidays.

Built, in final testing

Set it out once. Keep it current.

Everything parents ask about, in one place, checked and published by you. It's what Centrely will answer from.

  • Programmes and levels

Parents ask: Do you teach Form 4 Add Maths?

  • Fees, discounts and promotions

Parents ask: Is there a sibling discount?

  • Timetable

Parents ask: Any class on Saturday morning?

  • Term dates and closures

Parents ask: Open during the school holidays?

  • Trial classes

Parents ask: Can she try a class first?

  • Policies

Parents ask: What if we miss a class?

  • Not set out yet? It says so.

Anything you haven't set out shows as “not given yet”, never “none” or “free”.

Staff see only what you give them

Each person has their own sign-in and authenticator code, and only the parts you give them, at the branches they're assigned to.

The right person for each question

Choose who handles complaints, child safety, learning support and account questions at each branch.

How it works

Your centre, your WhatsApp, your staff

The first step is built. The rest is being built now.

  1. We set up your centre with you

In person: your programmes, fees, timetable and policies, which you check and publish.

    Built
  2. You connect your own WhatsApp

Through Meta's official sign-up, from your centre's WhatsApp Business account. It stays yours.

    Coming later
  3. Parents ask, Centrely answers

From what you've published. Anything it can't answer, or that needs a person, goes to the staff you choose.

    Coming later
  4. Bookings and reminders

Parents ask to book a trial class or a place, and your staff confirm it. Parents who've agreed get reminders.

Your WhatsApp, your data

It stays yours

Your account, your numbers

Your centre's WhatsApp Business account and numbers belong to your centre. Centrely manages messages only with the access you give it, and you can remove that access at any time.

Meta bills you directly

Meta charges your centre for WhatsApp messages, separately from Centrely.

Meta's official platform

Only Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform. We're completing Meta's checks before we connect any centre.

Careful with your data

Getting in takes a password and an authenticator code. We never sell personal data or use it for advertising. Our privacy policy
